LOGO CONTEST RULES
The Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CCHCC) and the Adelante Mujer Latina Women’s Conference are looking for a logo design and we need your help. We are seeking current high school and college students who reside in the Central Valley, California and can design a creative, innovative and professional logo design. The logo should be recognizable and help promote our Adelante Mujer Latina Women’s Conference. The prize is $500. Below are more details regarding logo design, contest rules & submission requirements.
How to Enter the Contest
The contest begins on May 5, 2016 and ends on July 31, 2016. The winner will be notified by September 1, 2016 and will be formally announced at the Adelante Mujer Latina Women’s Conference on September 23, 2016 in Fresno, CA. In order for your entry to be considered you must:

Submit design in the original source, high resolution files (300 dpi and higher) along with jpg form.
All designs may be featured on our websites, social media platforms and other marketing mediums (video, print, clothing, etc.). Although we want the logo to be eye-catchy it’s important that it must be legible. Also consider how smartphone logos are designed.
Logo must promote the mission of Adelante Mujer Latina Women’s Conference. The design should be universal in theme.
Any colors may be used. However, the logo must look good in color (if any) or black and white.
Logos cannot contain copyrighted material. Logos must have been created and edited by the contestant(s). Logos may not include images or licensed images that have been previously published. Logos must be easily reproducible and scalable for large and small formatting.
No Copyright Infringement
Entrants should take care to ensure that their design entries are not in any way similar to existing logos or other copyrighted images. A logo that cannot be registered as a service mark will be disqualified.
The winner will be required to sign a contract assigning all ownership of the logo to CCHCC.
